Path of Miracles
Harmonia Chamber Singers presents Path of Miracles, the masterpiece by composer Joby Talbot (known for Wonka, Sing, Sing 2, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, and more). Path is a stunning choral representation of the famous Camino de Santiago pilgrimage. Written for 17 voices and percussion, Path was premiered by Tenebrae in 2005 at St. Batholomew-the-Great Church in London. Harmonia last performed Path in 2024 under the direction of Dr. Adam Luebke.
Harmonia will also perform a special "evolution" edition of the Miserere by Gregorio Allegri, taking the audience on a journey from the unadorned original, to the reharmonized embellished version, to the modern score with the glorious "top C".
