Harmonia presents its final concert of the season, with music inspired by the written word

Works of Whitacre, Orbán, Pearsall, Tavener, Forrest, Saint-Saëns, Elgar, Cohen, and many more

Special guests

• Roman Mekinulov, principal cellist of the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra,  will be featured in selections for choir and cello, including John Tavener’s mesmerizing Svyati

• Rob Deemer , SUNY Fredonia composer and Harmonia’s composer-in-residence, has composed A Hampshire Field at Sunset for Choir and Cello, and the world premiere performance will take place this evening
